I own two RIA Tacticals, a matte nickle and parkerized too. Both are great shooters, especially for the price. I have 650 rounds through the parked one and only 300 through the matte nickle. I havent had any problems that werent easily solved by properly lubing them. They like lube, especially during the first few hundred rounds]break in period[. The frame to slide fit is tighter then some of the more expensive 1911''s out there, and the trigger feels pretty good too.

This is my second RIA Tactical and I am as happy with this one as I am with the first. Many 1911 folks talk about a 300-500 round break in period but with these 1911''s it is more like 100-200. Between the two I have ran about 1200 rounds through them with 2 ftf. Nickel finish on the second and the parkerized on the first- both are good finishes but I really like the Nickel. Anyone looking for a good otb 1911 for an affordable price this is the one.
