Taurus International
Featuring Heinie Straight Eight Sights and the same Single/Double Action Triggers as well as matching serial numbers on the frame slide, and barrel as the Taurus 24/7 Pro, the Taurus International PT-111 Millennium Pro Pistol may be the best medium frame pistol of its kind. Including Taurus's Security System, the PT-111 can be made inoperable with the simple turn of a key. With the Security System engaged, the Taurus PT-111 cannot be fired or cocked and the manual safety cannot be disengaged. Light, compact, and packing 9mm firepower, the Taurus PT-111 Millennium Pro Pistol is a great choice for concealed and back-up carry.

This is a great, lightweight carry gun. It is accurate and I enjoy shooting it very much. Only drawback is the trigger is very loose. Have to pull that sucker back almost to the grip to get it to fire.

I bought this in the pink and it is overall a very nice hand gun. It does however need the ammunition that it calls for in the owners manual! Using standard 15 grain ammo. will cause double feeds and you will have ejection failures. The owners manual clearly states to only use 24 grain ammo. and it does matter for this weapon. I have very small hands so I do find the safety a bit awkward to engage/disengage. I also find the magazine tough to load. I am not sure if it is due to small hands or just not strong hands. I also wanted to add a laser or a light, but due to the lack of rails it would cost me more than it would be worth. With that being said, I still really like my Taurus and I get a lot of great questions from other ladies about it and shooting. I would recommend this to anyone with some shooting experience, but not a first timer.
