If you want a little variety in your shooting experience the North American Arms (NAA) Mini Revolver Combo may be just what you are looking for. The North American Arms (NAA) Mini Revolver Combo has a conversion cylinder that will fit your .22 Magnum Mini-Revolver allowing your 22 Long Rifle to become a 22 Magnum Mini Revolver or vice versa, what a concept. I have been carrying this little jewel in my front pocket for 3 years now.Luckily I have never needed to use it, but there were a few times it was comforting to know I was armed. I carry a Glock in .40S&W for trips out of town, but for around town and around the house I just drop this little beauty in my pocket. When the doorbell rings I am armed. When I walk the dog, go to the store or pumping gas, I am always armed when otherwise it would be too much trouble to dress to carry. No holster needed. I use CCI Stingers, as I feel these are the most potent of the 22LR rounds. You can go for the 22 Magnum for more power. Accurate shot placement is more important than a large bullet, in my opinion as a combat shooter and NRA instructor. Pros: You will always be armed. No holster. Safe to carry in your pocket. Well made and reliable. Accurate at close ranges. Cons: Tricky to load. You must be careful when placing the loaded cylinder back into the frame. The hammer must be thumbed back slightly while inserting the cylinder rod, and then depress the trigger over one of 5 safety slots to park the hammer in a safe position. Keep gun pointed in a safe direction and your fingers and other body parts clear of the muzzle. Not reccommended for the nervous type. Forget about reloading during a gun fight. You have 5 shots, aim carefully! Tips: Remove the pocket clip. It makes the grip more comfortable and unless the pocket has a flap, you can see it''s a gun. Last, put a small piece of scotch tape over the muzzle. It will keep lint and dirt out of the barrel and you can shoot right through it. The canned air blaster is great for blowing dust out of the hollow points and general gun dusting. Get the combo, you''ll never be unarmed.
