The PF-9 is an exceptional value and an excellent conceal carry firearm. It is surprisingly accurate, handles anything you feed it including +P rounds in moderation,and is a breeze to conceal. It''s not a range gun, in that the recoil is sharp but not brutal. You have to expect some recoil with a firearm as light and short barreled as the PF-9. It is designed for conceal carry by CCW holders, deep cover by law enforcement,and self defense and it exceeds in all catagories. Another thing worth noting is that Kel Tec stands behind their firearms like few others. They have an oustanding service department. In short, you could spend a whole lot more and get a whole lot less!

Great little pistol. Straight feed with top round in magazine aligned with chamber ramp. This pistol will feed just about anything.
Easy to handle and less recoil than the P3AT.
The small size makes it perfect for deep cover or a great backup piece.
One negative is the difficulty to cycle the slide by hand, it might be a problem for someone without a strong grip. But this is due to the hefty recoil spring, a necessary characteristic of small pistols.
Best buy for the money.
